Disclaimer
In ceramics things can go wrong. It is accepted that there are times when nothing can be done as it is out of our control. Firing In The Kiln
You’re here to have fun. Unfortunately, things become less predictable once your pieces are placed in the kiln for bisque or glaze firing. The science isn’t exact and the results are not always what you expect or hoped for. We do our very best to make sure that things come out the way you want them to but you accept this won’t always be within our control. There are a number of things that can occur including but not limited to cracking, breaking, glazes issues causing imperfections. In the unlikely event these things do happen, The Bizzy Potter accepts no responsibility or liability for claims in relation to ‘emotional distress’ or ‘trauma’.

Collections
-
You will be notified when your items are ready for collection (bisqueware up to four weeks depending on the drying time required and glazed items, one to two weeks).
-
If your items are for something specific which is time/date dependent, please allow for this in your planning.
-
Storage space in the studio is limited so the finished items will be kept for four weeks from the date we notify you. If pieces remain uncollected after that time or you don’t get in touch, we reserve the right to dispose of those pieces as we see fit.
-
The Bizzy Potter is not responsible for the handling of pieces once they have been collected or how they are used once taken away. If misused, the fragile nature of pottery can cause damage.
